Returns & Refunds
At Personalify, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for every transaction on our website. We place utmost importance on delivering our products with the highest standards of quality. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are delivered in perfect and undamaged condition. However, there are specific conditions under which a product may be eligible for return/replacement:
Dispatch of the wrong product: If you receive a product that is different from the item you selected during the order confirmation.
Manufacturing Defect: If you identify any manufacturing defect in the product you received.
Damaged product: If the product arrives in a damaged condition.
In the case of wrong delivery or genuine quality/manufacturing defects, we offer the options of a full refund or re-fulfillment of your order.
- Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from the date of product receipt, and only for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product
The timeframe for returns starts from the date of delivery, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. Please note that cancellations cannot be made once an order is placed.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide two images: one of the damaged part and one of the entire product. These images will help our Quality Assurance team assess the reason for the return and determine its eligibility.
Our team will respond to your return request within 2-3 days of receiving your email with the pictures. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for a reverse pick up of the product in question. The process of organizing the pickup usually takes around 2-3 working days, and the delivery to our warehouse takes approximately 7-10 days. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect it, and the refund process will be initiated within 2-3 days. The refund will be reflected in your bank account.
Points to remember:
- Please return the product in its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (attached to the packet), and invoice.
- The product should be unused and in its original condition.
Additionally, please note that the product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may sometimes vary in appearance due to color enhancement on personal computers, laptops, or mobile phones. The color assistance provided on our website or via email is not guaranteed to be the exact match to the shown image, as there may be slight differences in brightness due to photography.
