For all orders that are placed anywhere in India, we are pleased to let you know that delivery is free and fast for all our customers and your order will be delivered within 6-9 days, safely.
When you place an order on Personalify™, the process begins immediately and each order is carefully made by our digital artists. After your customized product is ready, it will be sent out to you for confirmation. Once we have the confirmation from your end, your order will be prepared for dispatch.
The average transit time is around 6-9 Days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
You can easily cancel your order for a refund within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll issue you a refund immediately. This is because the production of your order would have been started by this time.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If an order is placed to the wrong destination, or an address is entered incorrectly, We allow all customers to rectify their address within 48 hours of making the purchase, therefore that order is considered to have an Incorrect Address.
MISSING ITEMS
All orders with missing item(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package. No exceptions.
